Connecting a FamPay Receiving Account: What to Check

Check receiving identity, account terms and payment status before using a FamPay connection for customer orders.

Targeting the Gen Z Economy

If your receiving account supports FamPay, check the current account terms and confirm that it is suitable for the payments your business receives. A familiar app may help customers understand the payment flow, but the receiver shown in their UPI app must match your intended account.

Understand fees and settlement

Fees and settlement timing depend on your receiving account and current provider terms. Check those terms directly and compare your actual account statement with gateway order records. Do not assume that every UPI transaction has the same fee treatment or settlement time.

How It Works

Trust Gateway can present a UPI request through a checkout QR or supported app handoff. The customer approves payment in their UPI app. Wait for a verified order status and compare it with the receiving account before fulfilling the purchase.
